Deposit equal to one night's lodging is required within 5 days of reservation. Larger deposit for holidays and stays over 3 days.
Deposits are refundable (less $20.00 service charge per room) if cancellation is received 14 days in summer (May - Oct) or 21 days in winter (Dec - April) or more prior to arrival date. If cancellation is less than 14 days in summer or 21 days in winter, deposit will only be refunded if we can re-reserve your entire reservation.
